UES VOX is a civic association dedicated to promoting the integrity of our Upper East Side neighborhoods, by advocating for the unwavering enforcement of tenants rights, the strict adherence to NY’s Rent Regulations, the preservation, celebration & landmarking of our local cultural, historic structures, parks & waterways. To protect our vulnerable neighborhoods, UES VOX calls upon our state & city leaders to demand transparency from landlords, DOB, HPD & LPC while encouraging civic cooperation.
